Bart Stupak to Retire This Year
Rather than run for re-election, and face a primary and (should he pass that) a pro-life Republican, not to mention the ire of voters for his abandonment of pro-life convictions for a meaningless executive order, Representative Bart Stupak (D-MI) has announced his retirement for this Fall. Stupak's district currently leans Republican by about 3 points.
