Yesterday, I posted on Kay Wills Wyma's new book Cleaning House: A Mom’s Twelve-Month Experiment to Rid Her Home of Youth Entitlement. I just saw that Bill O'Reilly of FOX News has taken on the subject of youth entitlement, quoting a recent high school graduation speech by David McCullough Jr. (son of the famous author of John Adams and other works). California’s Gay Marriage Case to Head to Supreme Court?

Excellent article by Russell Moore addressing the reality that a generation of young men are increasingly addicted to video games and porn: There's a key difference between porn and gaming. Pornography can't be consumed in moderation because it is, by definition, immoral. A video game can be a harmless diversion along the lines of a low-stakes athletic competition. North Carolina pastor’s plan to ‘get rid of’ gays goes viral

The recent tirade by North Carolina pastor Charles L. Worley does incalculable damage to our witness for Christ. It implies that believing homosexuality is sin and/or that same-sex marriage has negative societal repercussions leads inexorably to hateful speech and behavior towards those who act upon or even experience same-sex attraction. It reinforces the world's stereotype that Christians are judgmental and unloving, and thus raises the pressure to sacrifice our convictions in the name of tolerance. Shift in Evangelical Opinion on Same-Sex Marriage

An interesting article in Christianity Today from Tobin Grant and Sarah Pulliam Bailey, which contains these two graphs. It seems that born-again evangelicals have (on a whole) less opposition to same-sex marriage today then non-Christians had in 1988.
